I've been through burnout myself, and one thing I learned is that it can be surprisingly difficult to talk about it with the people around us.
Sometimes we don't want to worry others.
Sometimes we don't know how to explain what we're feeling.
Sometimes we're not even sure what's happening to us.
So I'm hosting a small online conversation for people who are feeling burned out, emotionally exhausted, or stuck.
This isn't therapy.
This isn't group coaching.
This isn't a sales event.
It's simply a space to talk, listen, reflect, and connect with others who may be going through something similar.
You don't need to have answers.
You don't need to share more than you're comfortable sharing.
My hope is that you'll leave feeling a little less alone.
