🙌🏻 Every month, we gather online to “spill our cup of tea”— the thoughts and emotions we’ve been bottling up with nowhere else to pour them out. I’m here to provide a safe and welcoming space where we can clear our minds and be our authentic selves again!

Have you ever felt exhausted or frustrated by how often we find ourselves trying to please others?

I used to think I wasn’t doing that. I believed I was simply being polite—being what a “responsible adult” should be. A responsible manager, a “trouble-free” daughter, an “understanding” friend, and so on.

As we put on all these different roles, are we truly becoming more mature through life experience? Or are we simply becoming more accommodating, neglecting of our own needs?
