Following the tradition of Gurdjieff, Ouspensky and Collin, The Center is a Fourth Way inspired school, comprised of a group of people dedicated to the awakening of the inner higher self: the soul.
The Center, as an esoteric school, teaches the basic fundamentals of a deeper spiritual work through the understanding of one’s interior world.
Based upon the work of philosophers, artists, mystics, Kabbalists, theologians and scientists throughout the centuries, each has left a legacy that offer one the practical tools to live an enriched life.
During our meetings we discuss different topics related to the Awakening process; with a special emphasis on learning how to observe the parts of us that create obstacles to being present. We also study great men and women throughout history who have awakened and left behind the gems of their process in various forms. Some of these souls include: Walt Whitman, Leonardo Da Vinci, Hildegard Von Bingen, William Shakespeare, Plato, Pythagoras, George Gurdjieff, P.D. Ouspensky, Rodney Collin, Buddha, Rumi, Hafez, Rashbi, Ha'ARI, St. Theresa de Avila, Rene Maria Rilke, Alex Horn and Mervyn Brady, to name a few. The main effort in mystery school meetings is to achieve the silence and inner peace that is inherent within the present moment. All true traditions and paths are connected in this desire and are welcome.
