[Background]
We want to make Japan's "younger generation" more exciting!
With this in mind, the two founders of "&YOUth" and interns of For Startups, Inc. who were involved in the Growth Industry Conference 2023 as organizers, planned this event.
We will convene young people and students who are active in their respective fields, such as entrepreneurship, social activities, sports, art, and IT.

・People who want to broaden their horizons by interacting with people who are active in a variety of fields

★Reference: About the previous event
At the event held at SOIL in Shibuya on November 16, 2023, nearly 100 young people gathered to discuss their activities and thoughts. It seemed to be a stimulating time for everyone as they interacted with people with whom they normally have no contact.
Participants were highly satisfied with the event, with many feeling that they were able to promote their own activities and make new friends!
Also, 20-30% of the participants were from overseas, and many said that they were able to make international contacts ✨

「日本の"若い世代"をもっと盛り上げていきたい！」
そんな想いを込めて、「&YOUth（アンドユー）」創設者であり、成長産業カンファレンス2023に運営として関わった、フォースタートアップス株式会社のインターン生である建野と阪上が企画したイベント。
起業・社会活動・スポーツ・アート・ITなど、それぞれの分野で活躍する若者や学生を招集し、化学反応を起こす一夜にします！

2023年11月16日に渋谷にあるSOILで行われたイベントでは、100名近くの若者が集まり、それぞれの活動や想いについて話し合いました。普段接点のない者同士の交流によって、皆さんにとって刺激的な時間になったようです。
参加者の満足度は大変高く、多くの方が自分の活動をアピールできたこと、友人が増えたことに魅力を感じていました！
また、2〜3割の方が海外参加者であり、国際交流ができたというお声もたくさんいただきました✨
