What we’re about

We practice gentle breathing techniques, guided meditation, and deep relaxation to release stress, calm the mind, and restore energy. Whether you’re completely new to meditation or already experienced, you’re welcome to join. Sessions are held in Suidobashi, in a warm and supportive space where we can breathe, relax, and find inner balance together.

このセッションでは、やさしい呼吸法、ガイド付き瞑想、そして深いリラクゼーションを通して、ストレスを解放し、心を落ち着け、エネルギーを回復していきます。
瞑想が初めての方も、すでに実践されている方も大歓迎です。
水道橋のあたたかい空間で、一緒に呼吸し、リラックスし、内側のバランスを取り戻しましょう。
