Regular bodyweight muscle training for those who are looking for training partners on weekdays.
If some people in Setagaya-ku and can regularly join, we can make this meetup everyweek on Tuesday or Wednesday
The training program is up to each member, or I can recommend you some routines if needed but please keep in mind that I am not a professional ;)
Equipments available:
Pull-up bars
Bench usable as small parallel
bars
Abs bench
Equipments for stretching
Jogging course
The park is located near Higashi-matsubara and Umegaoka Station in Setagaya-ku. People living along keio inokashira and odakyu line can easily join.
Be aware that I can cancel the event or change its time in case of heavy rain or last minute job issues. Please check the event and your message box before coming.
As long as you are motivated, feel free to join even if you are beginner \(^o^)/
As the equipments are limited, a 5-6 people is the ideal number of participants in this park.
If you have it, I recommend you to bring:
Training gloves
Jumping rope
Water or sport drink
And of course sportswear
No money needed
Here is the routine I usually do for those who are wondering:

15 minutes - Warm up and light stretching

30-35 minutes - Upper body workout

20-25 minutes - Lower body workout
-
10-15 minutes - Abs
-10-15 minutes - Stretching to relax
