You are going to cook 3 typical French Dishes under the supervision of a professional French Chef
Lesson will be taught mostly in English with a little French
The French Cooking Teacher's profile:
Antoine, our 32 y.o. French teacher, is from Auvergne ( Massif Central )
He studied 4 years in a culinary school in Chamalieres ( Auvergne )
He was trained in a Michelin-Stared Restaurants next to Nice
He worked as a Sous-chef and was promoted as a Chef in Paris.
Then he moved to Canada to work as a Chef in Montreal
Now he is working as a Chef in an international restaurant next to Yokohama.
French Cooking selection
Starter : Tomate farcie au thon et avocat. Parfumé à la coriandre.
(Tomato stuffed with tuna and avocado. Perfumed with coriander)
Main: Ballotine de volaille au champignons.
Poultry ballotine with mushrooms.
Accompagné d’un ecrasé de pomme de terre façon Biarritz ( avec poivrons et jambon sec) avec une sauce crème au vin blanc.
Accompanied by a smashed potato, Biarritz style (with peppers and dry ham) with a cream sauce, white wine.
Dessert: Financier au pommes caramélisées.
