Let´s start weekend with movement
! ⚡️🌼 This class is for beginners, curious movers, and anyone who wants to slow down, strengthen their body, and reconnect with movement in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
🌀 The class is built around two main parts:
✨ Stretching
Focused on releasing tension, calming the nervous system 🫶, and improving mobility through gentle, conscious movement and breath.
💪 Body forming (Pilates-inspired)
Focused on strengthening the core, improving posture, stability, and overall body awareness using Pilates and yoga principles
This is not a high-intensity fitness class or performance-oriented training. It’s more about mindful movement, balance, and feeling good in your body 🌿
