Happy to announce our new THEME CLASSES ✨

Once a month, one special Monday class will be dedicated to a specific artist, music vibe or theme — combining contemporary movement with the songs you love most.

And honestly… we had to start with Bad Bunny. 🖤

Expect fluid movement, strong energy, good vibes and all your favorite hits in one contemporary dance class.

➖Never danced before? No worries!
This class is open to everyone – beginners, curious movers, and experienced dancers who want to explore movement without pressure or expectations. The focus is on listening to the body, enjoying movement, and being present.

➖The class is based on a full-body warm-up, technical movement exercises, strengthening of different muscle groups, and stretching.
Thanks to this structure, it’s a great way to start a new week and an ideal after-work activity to release tension and reset the body.

In this class, everyone works on their own – no partner needed.

➖Coming with friends? Even better!
Let’s move, relax, and have fun together.

This is not a basic dance class focused on steps or performance. It’s a class full of relaxation, joy, and a friendly atmosphere. Whether you’ve never danced before or have years of experience, whatever your age – you’re welcome.

➖ This class works on a voluntary contribution basis.
Suggested contribution: ¥1500–2000, or pay what you can.
