A full-body workout inspired by ballet and functional training.
Expect slow pulses, a deep muscle burn, and an energizing flow that strengthens, tones, and lengthens the body — especially the core, glutes, and arms.
✌🏻 Beginner-friendly. No dance experience needed. Just movement, music, and 40 minutes for yourself.
🕺 What to bring?
Anything comfortable that you can move and sweat in — leggings, shorts, an oversized T-shirt, or a tank top.
