日英グローバル交流イベント〜アイデアや視点を共有しよう〜

リラックスした雰囲気で、英語や日本語を練習してみませんか？
短い文章でアイデアを共有しながら、お互いに学び合うフレンドリーな国際交流イベントです。
完璧な語学力は必要ありません。
大切なのは、好奇心とコミュニケーションを楽しむ気持ちです :)

イベント名：日英グローバル交流イベント〜アイデアや視点を共有しよう〜

日時: 3/24(火) 21:00–21:45

イベント内容
Step 1: 当日その場で発表されるお題について、回答を考えます。
（例：最近挑戦していること／あなたが大切にしている価値観など）

Step 2: 日本語または英語で短い文章を、指定の共有ページに書きます。
（入力された内容は参加者全員がリアルタイムで見ることができます。共有ページには 「日本語ネイティブ用スペース」と「英語ネイティブ用スペース」があります。）

Step 3: 翻訳/添削の時間になったら、反対側のスペースに移動します。ネイティブスピーカー（参加者達）が文章の翻訳/添削を行います。

Step 4: 翻訳/添削した人が、その内容を簡単な日本語または英語（ご自身の話したい言語）で説明します。

目的
・英語や日本語を使った交流を通して、語学への心理的ハードルを下げる
・単語や文章の意味をネイティブから直接学び、理解と記憶の定着につなげる

※注意事項※
当イベントの定員は6名です。
もし6名以上応募があった場合、スタッフを追加しブレイクアウトルームを使用して各ルーム6名以下になるよう調整予定。しかし当方でスタッフを十分に確保できなかった場合、抽選制となります。（基本は先着順ですが、日英ネイティブのバランスも考慮する旨ご了承ください）

Would you like to practice English or Japanese in a relaxed atmosphere?
This is a friendly international exchange event where participants share ideas through short sentences and learn from each other.
Perfect language skills are not required.
What matters most is curiosity and the willingness to communicate :)

Japanese–English Global Exchange Event
~ Let’s Share Our Ideas & Perspectives ~

Date & Time
March 24 (Tue) 21:00–21:45

Event Flow
Step 1: Think about your answer to the topic that will be announced during the event.
(Examples: Something you’ve been challenging yourself with recently / A value that is important to you)

Step 2: Write a short sentence in Japanese or English on the designated shared page.
(All participants will be able to see the entries in real time. The shared page has two sections: one for Japanese native speakers and one for English native speakers.)

Step 3
When the translation/correction time begins, move to the opposite section. Native speakers (you guys!) will help by translating or correcting the sentences each other.

Step 4
The person who translated or corrected the sentence will briefly explain its meaning in simple Japanese or English (whichever language you prefer to speak).

Purpose
To lower the barrier to using English and Japanese through friendly interaction.
To deepen understanding and memory of words and expressions by learning directly from native speakers.
After you register, the event participation link will be sent to the email address you provided.

※Important Notes※
The maximum number of participants for this event is 6 people. If more than 6 people sign up, we may add staff and use breakout rooms so that each room has no more than 6 participants. If we are unable to secure enough staff, participants will be selected by lottery. Registration is generally first-come, first-served, but we may also adjust participation to maintain a balance between Japanese and English native speakers.
