① Welcome (5 min)
Everyone shares their nickname and one thing on their mind today.
② Breakout Rooms × 2 rounds (25 min)
Small groups with ~3 minutes per person. Mix of Japanese and English native speakers. After the first round, rooms change so you get to meet new people.
③ Global Insight Share (7 min)
Back to the full group. Anyone who'd like to share something interesting or new they learned from their conversation is welcome to raise their hand.
④ Wrap-up (3 min)
A short survey and next session's question are announced.
