French Food for Busy People
Details
This short Friday evening class is perfect for busy people who want to learn how to make delicious food but don’t have much time to spend cooking. We’ll make salmon en papillote with seasonal vegetables, salade au chevre chaud (warm goat cheese salad) with a homemade vinaigrette, and a seasonal fruit dessert. We’ll make the meal together then sit end enjoy a light meal. Wine available for an additional fee upon request.
The class is will be taught in English out of my apartment in Meguro.
