★ Join our team for a special 2-night Golden Week ET contact expedition on the enchanting subtropical island of Izu Oshima on the May 4-6 weekend, the largest of the Izu Island chain. Enjoy amazing views, stunning sunsets, Mt. Mihara hiking, hot springs, local island food & nightly contact work under the stars.

New participants will learn:

• How to make peaceful, human-initiated contact with ET civilizations

• Basic meditation techniques and the role of consciousness in making contact

• The core principles and values of the CE-5 Initiative (Close Encounters of the 5th Kind)

• Basic training in the equipment used for contact and conducting research

【EVENT LOCATION】
Izu Oshima, Izu Islands, Tokyo

【GETTING TO IZU OSHIMA AND BACK】
We plan to take a jet ferry from Takeshiba Port, Tokyo, to Motomachi Port, Izu Oshima, on Saturday morning, May 4. The ferry departs at 8:30 AM and arrives at 10:35 AM. A one-way ticket is ¥9,650. (Participants also have the option to take the large overnight ferry, which departs Friday night at 10:00 PM and arrives in Izu Oshima at 6:00 AM. A one-way (second class) ticket is ¥5,950.)

Participants can return to Takeshiba Port, Tokyo, on Monday, May 6, by jet ferry or large passenger ferry. The jet ferry departs Motomachi Port at 11:30 AM, 4:00 PM, or 4:35 PM. The journey takes approximately 100 minutes and costs ¥9,650. The large passenger ferry departs at 2:30 PM and arrives in Tokyo at 7:00 PM. A one-way (second class) ticket is ¥5,950.

【LOCAL TRANSPORTATION】
Our group will share a rental car on the island. The cost per person is approx. ¥5,000 per person + gas, depending on vehicle size.

【EXPECTATIONS】
★ New participants are asked to atttend an online orientation session via Zoom before the event.

★ In general, we try to eat only vegetarian food at our contact events (no meat, seafood or eggs). We do this as an expression of love, kindness and respect for all creatures on earth, to purify our bodies, and to maintain a spiritually high-vibratory state. We believe this practice can enhance and deepen the contact outcome.

★ The use or possession of alcohol, drugs or weapons is strictly prohibited during contact events.

★ By attending a contact event, participants agree to share any photos, videos or audio recordings taken over the duration of the event.

8:10 – Meet at Takashiba Port, Tokyo / Pick up ferry tickets
8:30 – Depart for Izu Oshima (Motomachi Port) by jet ferry
10:35 – Arrive at Izu Oshima / Pick up rental car
11:00 – Drive to accommodation
12:00 – Group lunch at local restaurant
13:00 – Tour the island by car (Sunset Palm Line, Izu Oshima Volcano Museum, Nodahama Park, Oshima Park, Fureai Park, Toushiki Park)
17:00 – Hot spring bath at Gojinka Hot Spring (¥710) / Group Dinner
18:30 – Watch sunset at Nakanohana Park
19:30 – CE-5 fieldwork orientation 20:30 – CE-5 contact work until late

Morning Free Time: Morning free time can be used to sleep, relax, meditate, enjoy coffee & a snack, go for a walk, etc.
11:00 – Drive to Mt. Mihara / Group brunch at local restaurant
12:00 –Explore Mt. Mihara, the Crater, Okuyama Sabaku & Ura-Sabaku
15:00 – Hot spring bath at Mihara-yama Onsen (¥800)
17:00 – Group dinner at local restaurant
18:35 – View sunset
19:30 – CE-5 fieldwork orientation
20:30 – Fieldwork until late

10:00 – Check out / Return rental car
10:30 – Group breakfast at Motomachi Port
11:30 – Depart for Tokyo by jet ferry (Arrive at 1:15 PM)
(Later jet ferry departures: 4:00 PM, 4:35 PM)
14:30 – Depart for Tokyo by large passenger ferry (Arrive at 7:00 PM)
Optional Monday activities: Explore Motomachi Port, Sunset Palm Line, rent a bicycle, visit Gojinka Hot Spring
