Please tell me (1) your full name (2) the date of the event you are joining.

Please inform Mark if you would like to bring a guest to an event.
イベントにゲストを連れてきたい場合は、マークにお知らせください。

If you are cancelling on the day of the event, you MUST advise me via LINE.
定員の都合上、お連れ様がいる時は事前にLINEでご相談ください。

It's no problem to arrive late, but not arriving at all (no-showing) is not acceptable - you might be removed from the group. Please do not no-show.
遅れて到着するのは問題ありませんが、完全に参加しない(ノーショー)ことは容認できません。グループから外される可能性があります。ノーショーはご遠慮ください。

You are welcome to bring snacks and drinks, but you must take all of your garbage home with you.
軽食や飲み物の持ち込みは可能ですが、ゴミは必ずお持ち帰りください。

The games event fee is ¥500. There will be a language exchange event prior to the games event. You can join both events for a total fee of ¥750.
ゲームイベント参加費は500円です。ゲームイベントの前に言語交換イベントが開催されます。合計750円で両方のイベントにご参加いただけます。
