Sumidagawa River Cruise

On Sunday November 21st 2021, (2:00 to 5:30 PM) please join International Friends for Sumidagawa River Cruise!

Its a great chance to see Tokyo from the comfort of a cruising vessel with others who are also likely experiencing this tour for the first time, whether your new to Tokyo or having lived for years, this event is a perfect way to relax and have fun, while meeting new people!

We will ride from Asakusa to Hinode, it takes around 25 minutes. After arriving at Hinode Pier, we will walk to Tokyo Port City Takeshiba Office Tower. There is the Softbank Lobby on 6th floor, it has outside terrace and inside space which we may use for relaxing with casual conversation. There will be another Meetup group to join us at Takeshiba.

Participation fee is 1200 yen, we collect at the beginning. The cost of cruise is included in the participation fee (you do not have to pay more than 1200 yen) Cold soft drinks will be available at the Takeshiba event space at no extra charge. Snacks and other beverages are available at other levels on the terraced facility and may be purchased individually.

A breakdown of the event as follows;

We will meet first at 2:00 PM Exit 4 of Asakusa Station (street level) and cross the street to Tokyo Cruise Terminal. Scheduled departure is 2:40 PM. It will take time to gather group and purchase tickets; Please arrive on time.

Cruise will arrive at Hinode Pier around 3:10 PM, after which we will walk to Softbank Lobby on 6th floor of Tokyo Port City Takeshiba Office Tower by around 3:30PM. You can also join this Meetup from 3:30 PM at Softbank Lobby, for half price. (600 yen)

Talk with other members, relax, explore Port City Takeshiba Terraced facility (4 levels) from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM

今回の企画は都内のクルーズ、”水上から東京を見る“という絶好の機会！“東京が初めて”の方でも、東京住民でも、このクルーズが未経験者は多くいるでしょう！いい機会なので、ゆるゆると話しながら楽しみましょう！

竹芝イベントスペースでは、冷たいソフトドリンクを無料でご用意しております。軽食やその他の飲み物は、テラス施設の他のレベルで入手でき、個別に購入できます。

イベントの内訳は次のとおりです。
まず浅草駅4番出口（通り）午後14時に集合し、通りを渡って東京クルーズターミナルに向かいます。出発予定は午後14時40分です。グループを集めてチケットを購入するには時間がかかります。時間通りに到着してください。
クルーズは午後15時10分頃に日の出桟橋に到着し、その後午後15時30分頃に東京ポートシティ竹芝オフィスタワー6階のソフトバンクロビーまで歩いて行きます。ソフトバンクロビーで午後3時30分からこのMeetupに半額で参加することもできます。 （600円）
午後15時30分から午後17時30分まで、他のメンバーと話をしたり、リラックスしたり、ポートシティ竹芝テラス施設（4階建て）を探索したりできます。
