Lesson Plan
15 minutes Warm-up Yoga stretching and basic belly dance movements
30 minutes Belly Dance Routine - Camels, sways, circles, figure 8s, twists, hip drops, transitions, combinations and variations
15 minutes Cool Down yoga stretching

What to wear: Comfortable exercise clothes.
What to bring: yoga mat (if you don't have one, let me know and I will bring one for you)
