Interested in beach handball, meeting new friends, or just getting a refreshing workout?
Come join us for a fun and beginner-friendly trial session!
Our members will guide you through the rules and how to play beach handball.

📍 Location: Suginami City Eifuku Gymnasium

👥 Age: All ages welcome
(If you’re under high school age, parental consent is required)

⚧ Gender: No restrictions — everyone is welcome!

🎒 What to bring:
• Sportswear
• Towel
• Water bottle
• Socks (optional)

💴 Participation Fee:
• Students: ¥500
• Adults: ¥1,000
We will collect the fee after the event by cash.

🌧 In case of rain: The event will be cancelled.

初心者向けの体験イベントを開催します♪
メンバーがルールやプレー方法を丁寧にレクチャーしますので、初めてでも安心してご参加いただけます

📍場所： 杉並区永福体育館

👥対象年齢： どなたでも参加OK
（※高校生未満の方は保護者の同意が必要です）

⚧性別： 制限なし・誰でも歓迎！

🎒持ち物：
• 動きやすい服装（スポーツウェア）
• タオル
• 水分補給用の飲み物
• 靴下（必要であれば）

💴参加費：
• 学生：500円
• 一般：1,000円

🌧雨天時： 中止となります
