︎👫Regarding ourself and event
1. Based on the concept of "learning new things about each country through international exchange," we hold events with the aim of creating an environment where people can interact regardless of language or country.
2. Our basic premise is that everyone who participates will enjoy the exchange and learn Japanese, English, and the culture of each country. Therefore, beginners are welcome at our events.
3. The organizer himself is not a perfect English speaker (in fact, he is a beginner!). English speakers and non-English speakers, Japanese speakers and non-Japanese speakers, everyone is different, but the important thing is to enjoy communicating. We are active in our activities with an emphasis on learning while enjoying communicating and getting to know each other through exchanges.

✨ Purpose of the event
⚫︎To learn new things (culture, language, etc.) through exchange
⚫︎Make friends regardless of nationality
⚫︎Exchange of information on international students, prospective students, former students, overseas travel, etc.

⚫︎People who enjoy interacting with people of different nationalities
⚫︎Foreigners who like Japan and Japanese who like other countries
⚫︎People who want to study languages (Japanese, English) or beginners who are going to study

💪 Event Details
First half; Groups will be divided into groups of different nationalities, and topics will be provided on "culture and tourist attractions in your own country, and other things about Japan" to be discussed freely. (This is just a topic, so you are free to talk about whatever you want to talk about!)You will be able to talk with many different people as we change groups every few 10 minutes.
In the latter half of the session, participants will be divided into groups, and will be asked to take a quiz on the topic of "knowledge about the world and culture" in teams or individually. We are planning to have people of different nationalities and cultures work together to answer questions on topics they may or may not know!

👏Rules and Prohibitions
⚫︎You may use either Japanese or English (be sure to communicate with others!)
⚫︎ If there is something that is not communicated or something that you want to show, of course, the use of the phone is OK.
⚫︎Please refrain from any unsolicited behavior not in accordance with the organizer's instructions.
⚫︎Excessive pick-ups and business solicitations are prohibited.

︎👫私たちのイベントについて
1.「国際的な交流を通して各国の新たな学びを得る」をコンセプトにして、言語や国に関係なく交流できる環境を作ることを目的としてイベントを開催しております。
2.交流を参加した全員が楽しむ、そして日本語、英語、各国の文化などを学んでいくが大前提です。ですので我々のイベントは初心者大歓迎です。
3.主催者自身も英語を完璧に話せるほどでもありません（むしろ英語初心者です！）英語の話せる人話せない人、日本語を話せる人話せない人、みんな人それぞれですが、大切なのは伝えることを楽しむこと。伝えることを楽しみながら学んでいくこと、そして交流を通して仲良くなることを大切にして活動しております。

・留学生、留学希望者、留学経験者、海外旅行などの情報交換

💪イベント詳細
前半；国籍が異なるようにグループ分けをし、「自国の文化や観光地、他にも日本のこと」をトピックとして提供し、自由に話し合ってもらいます。（あくまで話題提供なので話したいことを自由に話してくれてオッケー！）
数10分おきにグループ替えもするので色んな人と話せます。
後半；グループに分かれてチームまたは個人別に「世界に関する知識や文化」をトピックとしたクイズに挑んでもらいます。国籍の違う人、人それぞれで知ってること知らないことたくさんあると思いますので協力して答えられるような企画を計画しています！
👏ルール・禁止事項
・日本語・英語どちらを使っても良いです（相手に伝えることを大切にしましょう！）
•伝わらないことや示したい何かがあるときはもちろんスマホの使用はokです。
・主催の指示に従わない勝手な行動はお控えください
・過度なナンパやビジネス勧誘は禁止です。
・しつこい連絡先交換も禁止です（お互いが了承した上でならオッケー）。
・室内での飲酒及び禁煙は禁止です。
みんなが心地よく過ごし、円滑にイベントを進行するためにもご協力ください。
