Event Details (Nagareyama City)
While waiting for the fireworks, we will play card games together.

Convenience stores around the station will be very crowded, so please purchase food and drinks in advance at your local station before coming.
Also, please arrive as early as possible.
On the day of the event, trains may be delayed and mobile phone connections may be unstable.
If you arrive late and we cannot reach you due to network issues, please understand that we may not be able to accommodate you.

Meet at Nagareyama Central Park Station (Tsukuba Express Line), ticket gate at 16:30.

If rain is forecast, the event will be canceled.

### ✅ How to Join

After clicking the “Join” button, please send the following information to the organizer via Meetup message:

1. Your name
2. Your phone number

If you wish to have a call with the organizer, please also send your LINE ID.
(Please note: on the festival day, phone calls may not go through due to heavy network congestion.)
🚫 No-shows are strictly prohibited!
Sometimes people only click “Join” but don’t send 1) and 2), or they click by mistake. Since the organizer cannot tell the difference, please make sure to send both pieces of information.

駅周辺のコンビニは非常に混雑しますので、食べ物や飲み物は事前に地元の駅で購入しておいてください。
また、できるだけ早めに来てください。
当日は電車が遅れたり、携帯電話がつながりにくくなったりします。
遅れてきて電波がつながらない時は、対応できない場合がありますのでご了解ください。
