🔄Game Format

• 3 teams, 6–7 players each
• Substitution decided by rock-paper-scissors
• 6–8 min games, subs at 3–4 min
• Smart spacing and off-ball movement is key
• Everyone should screen – regardless of height or position
• Unpredictable, well-timed screens > lazy or static ones
• Spread the floor – avoid clogging the paint
