• 3 teams (6–7 players each)
• Rock-paper-scissors decides subs
• 6–8 minute games, mid-game subs at 3–4 min
• Smart spacing & off-ball movement = good basketball
• Everyone should screen — yes, everyone
• Timed, purposeful screens beat lazy ones
• Keep the floor spread, don’t clog the paint
