1. In what ways can small businesses in Japan leverage AI to improve their services and competitiveness? Are there cultural or economic factors that might influence AI adoption in Japanese SMEs?

2. Ng discusses the importance of businesses developing their own AI systems tailored to their specific needs. How can Japanese companies, particularly those without extensive technical resources, approach the development and implementation of custom AI solutions? What support systems or collaborations could facilitate this process?

📚 English Proficiency: While our events are open to all, we recommend participants have an intermediate or higher level of English proficiency. However, don't let that deter you if you're still building your English skills - everyone is welcome to join in the conversation!
