This event will focus on techniques using two swords, showcasing the advantages over using one sword. Please dress in comfortable work-out clothing.
Introductory classes in English (也可以用中文） on Tuesday evenings, teaching Mugai Ryu, a kenjutsu/iaido style founded in 1693 as well as Genko Nito Ryu, a two sword style that has its roots in Yamaguchi-ryu established in 1620.
No previous martial arts experience needed!Free for first time attendees, 1000¥ if you have attended a previous event.

Iaido 居合道 Intro (Katana use basics) 來學日本居合道

The meetup will focus on an introduction to iaido where we can learn basic sword cuts, how to draw the sword (nukiuchi) and sheathe the sword (noto) and combine them into the first basic kata (kihon 1)
