TCIP is a group dedicated to expats and international-minded Japanese people that want to expand friendship/newtowrk in Tokyo.
We provide a safe, comfortble and convenient environment in a cafe in downtown Tokyo.
You can expect to meet many kinds of people with diverse backgrounds, as well as locals with a keen interest in travelling, studying, learning foreign languges, living abroad or getting to know people from overseas.
