About This Meetup😊☕🌿

Are you a foreign resident in Japan who wants to connect with introverted Japanese people?
Do you sometimes feel lonely, even though you're in your dream country?
Do you prefer quiet, small gatherings over big parties?
If so, this peaceful, slow-paced meetup might be for you.
We’ll gather at EXCELSIOR CAFFÉ in Ningyocho, ☕hosted by a Japanese former kids' English teacher.😊🌿 I prepare 10 simple, fun questions and put them in a small bag.
Each person picks one, and we all take turns talking about that topic.The questions are casual and fun, like “What’s your favorite anime?” or “If I travel to your country for a week, where should I go?”"Things you like and don't like in Japan"
Introverts are warmly welcome. No pressure to talk a lot—just come as you are.
No participation fee.
Just order one drink at the café.☕
You don’t need to bring anything. Look for a pink paper on the table that says “Meetup”—that’s where I’ll be!😊☕

このミートアップは、内向的な方・初対面が少し苦手な方のための、
静かであたたかいカフェ英会話交流会です。
🌱 こんな方におすすめ：

• 20代〜30代の日本人の方
• パーティーっぽい雰囲気はちょっと苦手
• 自分のペースで交流したい
• ちょっとした“ほっこりする繋がりがほしい
• 英語が苦手でも少し話してみたい

🗣 この会では「トピックカード」を使って、
全員が少しずつ話せるように進めていきます。
英語が苦手な方には、元子供英会話講師のホストがやさしくフォローしますので安心してくださいね。
👫 外国人の参加者は、「日本人の友達がほしい」と言ってくださる方ばかりです。
カジュアルで、あたたかく、自然な国際交流の場を一緒に楽しみましょう。

常連さんも少しずつ増えてきていて、リラックスした雰囲気の中でゆるやかにつながりが生まれています。

私は毎回、簡単で楽しい質問を10個、小さな袋に入れて用意しています。
参加者はその中から1枚引いて、みんなでそのテーマについて順番に話していきます。
質問の内容はカジュアルで話しやすく、たとえば：

• 「好きなアニメは何ですか？」
• 「あなたの国に1週間旅行するなら、どこがおすすめ？」
• 「日本で好きなこと・苦手なことは？」

など、気軽に話せて、自然に会話が広がるようなテーマです。
参加費不要。
カフェでドリンクの注文だけお願いします☕
持ち物は特に必要ありません。
「Meetup」と書かれたピンクの紙がテーブルに置いてありますので、それを目印に来てくださいね😊☕
