社内コミュニケーション・プレアンケート報​告会（Workplace comunication presurvey results）

日本で働いたことのある高度外国人財のみなさん約70名から寄せられたプレアンケート結果を分析し、その内容を参加者のみなさんとシェアします。今回は主に高度外国人財を取り巻く社内コミュニケーションの現状について分析を行います。
We will analyze the results from the survey link concerning answers from about 70 highly-qualified/talented foreigners who have worked in Japan and share their experiences & knowledge with all the participants. This time we will mainly analyze the current situation regarding the communication that happens within the members of the company, given the information in the survey from the foreigner personnel.

この日は、日本の政府（経済産業省）の方、JASSO、JAPI、IFSAなどの外国人留学生支援団体の方、外国人を雇用している企業の方、行政書士の方なども参加予定です。当日は、この人たちとみなさんが自由に話す時間も作ります。軽食も準備する予定なので、ぜひお時間のある方はご参加ください。政府の方や企業の方に、みなさんの考えを直接伝えてほしいと考えています。18:45に間に合わなくても大丈夫ですが、遅れそうな人はそのことも申し込みの時に教えてください。
On the day of the event, People from the Japanese government (META) and foreign student support organizations such as JASSO, JAPI, IFSA, companies employing foreigners, administrative scrivener etc. are all scheduled to participate. Time will be given for you all to speak to these folks freely. Feel free to join us for snacks; as they will be provided. It would be great to let all the employers and government folks know of your point of view regarding matters in workplace and cultural nuances. It is ok if you cannot make it at 6:45pm sharp, if you come by later, please let me know.

7:30pm Presentation on Survey Report/Analysis
8:15pm Opinions Exchanging & Discussions
9:00pm Free Talk & get-together (Snack Fee: \1,000 for each person)

※イベントは全て、英語ではなく日本語で行われます。
The event will be conducted in Japanese, not English.

※仕事の紹介やビザの説明をするイベントではありません。どうすれば外国人が働きやすい社会にできるのか、政府や企業、そして仕事の経験がある外国人が一緒に考えるイベントです。ビジネス目的のご参加はご遠慮ください。
This event is not for introducing to you jobs or regarding Visa matters, rather it is an event to understand the experiences or circumstances that foreigners face working in Japanese companies and how to help make it easier to work and collaborate with local employees.Please do not participate for a business related purposes.
