Free Yoga & Art Class at Gallery Conceal Shibuya

We’ve all enjoyed practicing yoga at some really great studios but not all of us have practiced yoga at a creatively supercharged art gallery. Shuko Ikei a Tokyo based and long time yoga expert is going to enlighten your mind, body and soul by teaching you yoga inside one of Tokyo’s hottest art galleries!

Free. We love yoga and art and we want to share the enjoyment and benefits that they can bring into our lives.

Gallery Conceal Shibuya has a fabulous cafe!
After your yoga lesson, feel free to mingle with the other students and enjoy a coffee and snack.

ART:
All the artwork is for you to enjoy.
If you wish to purchase a painting, photograph or sculpture, that is fine.
