Grocery Trip Meetup 🛒🌶️
I’m planning a casual post-lunch grocery trip around Shin-Okubo (新大久保) area and thought it could be fun to invite a few others from the group to join.
The area has a mix of exotic grocery stores, spice shops, and international supermarkets. I’ll personally be shopping for some cooking ingredients and spices.
Since this group is centered around health/wellness, expect conversations around topics like:
- nutrition and diet
- cooking habits
- healthy food finds
- wellness routines
- biohacking
- anything health-related that naturally comes up
What to expect:
• Casual walking + browsing
• Visiting around 3–4 stores depending on time and energy
• No fixed agenda or pressure to buy anything
• Small group (max 6 people) so conversations stay relaxed and easy
Tentative plan:
- Meet around 1:00 PM at Shin-Okubo JR station entrance
- Explore several shops (details coming up later depending on number of people signing up)
- Wrap up around 3:00 PM
