Welcome to Mind & Balance Tokyo – a small, supportive group focused on mental health and overall wellbeing, led by a qualified occupational therapist.
This group is for anyone looking to:
Improve mental wellness and emotional balance
Learn practical tools to manage stress and anxiety
Build healthy routines and self-care habits
Connect with others in a safe, non-judgmental space
🧘♀️ Each session includes:
Guided discussions on mental health and wellbeing
Mindfulness-based practices and reflective activities
A calm, confidential, and respectful environment
👥 Group size is limited to 12 people to allow for meaningful connection and support. Just a space to grow, reflect, and support each other.
