CANCEL POLICY

• Sudden Cancels can and may be charged a cancel fee of 100% of the event fee.
• Sudden Cancels are event cancellations that occur less than 24 hours before the event start time. In these cases, you must tell the organizer via comment, event chat or DM that you are cancelling suddenly.
• If you are cancelling your participation more than 24 hours in advance, you can cancel without any penalty. However, if too many cancellations even 24 hours in advance, we may pick other players instead of you at our discretion.

WAITLIST

• If you are on the Waitlist and a spot opens up, you will be moved to the Going list automatically.
• If you are moved to the Going list and then do not show up or cancel within 24 hours of the event start time, this is regarded as a Sudden Cancel.

EVENT OUTLINE

• Fee: 1,000 JPY (Please have the exact amount ready)
  *Cash or PAYPAY: Please have the exact amount ready.
• Venue: 10 min walk from Shinagawa station (Map)
• Bring: Turf Futsal (TF shoes / Training shoes) or other sports shoes
  *NOT allowed to use studs or spikes, No rental shoes service
• Pitch: Synthetic Grass
• Bibs: We prepare 15 bibs in 3 different colors
• Facilities: Changing Room, Showers, Vending Machine

Games may be canceled up to 2 hours before the start time, due to lack of players or bad weather.

GAME RULES
Basically, Futsal rules are applied

• Goal & Ball: Futsal size goal and futsal ball.
• Tackles: No slide tackles to players, No contact from behind
  *Please refrain as much as possible from making any fouls. Our top priority is to enjoy exercising without injury.
  *Anyone who is too aggressive, threatening or acting irresponsibly (on or off the field) will be warned and may be stopped from playing.
• Time: Each game lasting roughly 9 minutes
• Teams: 3 Teams, Keeper shuffles every few minutes.

「キャンセル規定」

24時間以内のキャンセルは必ずこちらにコメント（日本語でOK)の上、ご自身で参加のステータスをキャンセルへ変更ください。基本的に24時間以内のキャンセルは参加費を後日頂きます。24時間前であればコメントの必要はございませんが、あまりに前日等のキャンセルが多い方はこちらの判断で待っている参加者を優先させて頂きます。

「ウェイトリストの方へ」

他の方がキャンセルし参加リストに入らない限りは参加できません。参加リストの方がキャンセルすると自動的に繰り上げ方式で参加リストに移動されます。もし別の予定が入り参加できなくなった場合はすぐにウェイトリストから不参加リストに移動ください。繰り上げで参加リストに入った場合は他の参加者同様に上記キャンセル規定の対象となります。

「持ち物」

• フットサルシューズ（屋外用のシューズがおすすめ、運動靴も可）
  ※スパイクの使用は不可、レンタルシューズなし

場所：JR品川駅から徒歩10分ほどの人工芝フットサルコート(マップ）
参加費：1000円
グラウンド：人工芝
ビブス：3種類準備いたします
施設設備：シャワー、更衣室、自販機

人数不足や雨天キャンセルの場合は2時間前までにこちらのページでお知らせ致します。

「ゲームルール」

基本的にはフットサルルールを適用いたします。

タックル：人へのスライディング禁止、後ろからのコンタクト禁止
※怪我無くエクササイズを楽しむことが目的でございます。できるだけファウル自体も1度も起きないようプレーください。フェアプレイに欠ける方や危険なプレイを続ける方はその場で参加をお断りする可能性がございます。
チーム：３チーム最大15名
キーパー：時間交代、小さいコートのためバックパスルールなし（ゴレイロの複数タッチOK)
