Beautiful lanterns romantically light up Enoshima Island during the summer🏝️

We’ll explore the mysterious Iwaya sea caves before sunset, then enjoy a casual night photo walk through Enoshima’s glowing lantern paths during golden hour and blue hour.

No professional camera is needed. Smartphones are welcome. Don't be daunted; let's enjoy a little nature walk and practice with your camera with international friends📷

🔴 If you bring a heavy camera and tripod, you can contact us in advance and meet us at 奥津宮 shrine at 18:00 sharp!

🌼 Note

• The route includes so many stairs.
• Don't upload close-up photos of our members to the internet without their permission.

🌼 Fee

• ¥1,000 in cash for the group as an attendance fee
• ¥500 in cash for the Iwaya Cave entrance fee

🌼 Schedule

• 16:00 Meet at Katase-Enoshima Station. Introduction & 🚽.
• 16:10 Walk to the cave
• 16:40 Halfway point🚽
• 17:10 Explore Enoshima Iwaya cave🌊 ¥500
• 18:00 Walk toward the 奥津宮 shrine. Stroll. ⛩️
• 18:30 Lantern photo walk begins 📷
• 18:45 Sunset 🌇
• 19:30 Event ends at 江島神社's 瑞心門⛩️

The finishing location may change depending on crowds.
🌼 What to bring

• A fully charged smartphone or camera
• Comfortable walking shoes
• At least 500ml of water
• Your own insurance

🌼 Language

• Most people speak English/Japanese. Let’s help each other!

🌼 Cancellation policy

• DM the organiser when cancelling within 24 hours before the start.
• If the event is cancelled due to bad weather, we’ll update the comments by 8:00 AM on the day.
• If we don’t reach 4 sign-ups 3 days before the event, it will be cancelled.

We’re not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or other issues during the event. Note that members will be removed without notice for:

• No-show
• Joining events without RSVP
• Not paying the fee
• Coming by fossil-fuelled car or motorbike

International beach cleaning in front of Enoshima with nature lovers! Join us, meet new friends, and be part of a sustainability-minded community🏝️

The ocean is already full of litter. Why does that matter?
Small fish accidentally eat microplastics. Tuna eat small fish. Humans eat Sushi at the end🍣 Furthermore, rainwater is from the ocean. So do salt. Keeping sea health is equal to saving our lives.

Trash on the beach is well-washed by waves and oftentimes very light and dry.
So easy to pick up. Looking forward to seeing you!

🌼 Note

• Don’t take tourists’ trash. Help them to be responsible.

🌼 Language

• English/Japanese mixed. Let's help each other!

🌼 Schedule

• 10:00 Meet at 片瀬江ノ島 (katase-enoshima) Station🚽
• 10:10 Safety lecture. Cleanup 片瀬東浜 Beach.
• 12:00 End at the beach

🌼 What to bring
We provide:

• Plastic bags

Please prepare:

• Rubber gloves
• Trash tongs
• Safe shoes
• Hat, sunglasses, reef-safe sunscreen
• Water
• Your own insurance

DM us 48 hours in advance when using the following:

• Strainer -2 available
• Cotton gloves - 7 pairs available
