Lets explore Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building from 202 meters

Hello Guys,

Hope everyone is enjoying hot day and cool evenings in Tokyo. So now is the good time to take some walk around city and explore.

So we are going to visit Metropolitan Building's observation deck this time and we can meet, chat, walk, share, enjoy and explore city on ground and then 202 meters high from deck.

Ideas are welcome to make it more happening and enjoyable... So please comment and share.

I will be waiting at Tokyoidai Hospital near Nishishinjuku around 3:40 PM. So, we can meet there and can walk till the building ( i am easy to spot. Indian with big eyes :) ). We can sit for coffee nearby after or before going to deck so that we can introduce and know about each others.
