By joining the group, you agree to the following conditions:
◉ The organizers are not professional guides nor trained rescuers.
◉ The organizers will not take any liabilities for damage, injury, or any trouble that occurs to you during the event.
◉ You are responsible for doing your own research about the activity and only attending events you are certain you can take care of your safety.
◉ You agree that you are aware of the dangers you might face during the event and will take risk mitigation actions on your own. Examples of dangers include, but are not limited to:

- Water Sports: Drowning, strong currents, cold water, aquatic animals, equipment failure.
- Festivals: Crowds, food allergies, unexpected weather, slips and falls.
◉ In cases where an external activity provider is used (e.g., a rafting company or festival organizer), you must abide by their policies and guide instructions.
◉ In case you feel sick during an event, you must be able to arrange your way back home or call for rescue on your own.
◉ No-show is recorded for the events. If you have a history of no-shows, your attendance might be deprioritized over waitlisted people in future events.
◉ This meetup's purpose is to share hobbies. Organizers will mind group safety but this does not guarantee your safety.
※ Non-residents must have travel insurance that covers the activity.
