A new year and a new year of adventures. Early January is a great time to be outdoors in Tokyo. The air is crisp, the skies are often clear, and with very little happening on New Year’s Day, it is the perfect excuse to get outside and stretch the legs. There might be views of Mt Fuji too!
We will take an easy walk around the waterways of Edogawa, enjoying a relaxed start to the year at a comfortable pace.

• Flat and easy route

• Don’t catch the rapid train as Nishi Kasai is not a rapid train stop (local trains only).
• The walk covers 5-6 km on flat terrain, making it suitable for all fitness levels.
• Dogs must be on a leash along riverside and public park areas.
• Non-meet-up people will be joining.
