Join us for a special weekend island adventure where you can swim with wild dolphins in the open ocean.
This is not an aquarium or a staged dolphin show. These are wild dolphins swimming in their natural environment, and when ocean conditions are good, they often swim close by as you snorkel in the sea.
We will leave Tokyo by overnight ferry, travel to a volcanic island, enjoy the ocean, explore amazing volcanic landscapes, relax in an onsen, and stay at an ocean-facing campsite. A hotel option is also available.
This is one of those trips that feels completely different from normal life in Tokyo.

🏊 Snorkel Practice
You need to be a confident swimmer and have snorkelling experience to join the dolphin swim.
Snorkel lessons can be organised before the trip, with additional lessons during the trip if needed. These cover the skills and safety needed to get the most out of swimming with the dolphins.

• You must be able to swim and be confident in the ocean
• Dolphin swimming depends on ocean and weather conditions
• This is primarily a camping trip, but a hotel option is available
• In poor weather for camping, we may change to a hotel if rooms are available. This will be an additional cost
• Space is limited, so please book early
• Prices may increase depending on ferry and fuel costs
