If you are in Tokyo on Sunday, November 15, spend two hours in Yoyogi Park!
Join a gentle yoga practice made for beginners, then stay for a Japanese matcha experience, a pink hibiscus lemonade, and a relaxing self-care moment in the seasonal atmosphere of autumn in Tokyo. There is time to meet the other people there. English and Japanese are both welcome. You do not need any yoga experience. The park changes through the season, and this page does not promise peak foliage on the day.

In celebration of Breast Cancer Awareness Month (reschedule from October), LUMIÈRE is hosting a special Pink Ribbon Edition of our Sip the Sparkle wellness experience.

Why Pink?
Pink is the color of the Pink Ribbon,
a global symbol of breast cancer awareness.
For us, pink represents more than a color.
It represents awareness, caring for one another,
and taking care of yourself.
Our naturally pink Hibiscus Lemonade is our little reminder to pause, breathe, and enjoy a moment of self-care. 🌺

Give Back
A portion of the amount remaining after event operating costs will be donated to an organization supporting breast cancer awareness.

11月15日（日）に東京にいる方は、代々木公園で2時間を過ごしませんか。

初心者向けのやさしいヨガのあと、日本の抹茶、ピンクのハイビスカスレモネードを体験し、椿油を使ったセルフケアでリラックス。秋を感じる代々木公園で参加者同士で英語と日本語を交えてゆっくり交流しましょう。ヨガの経験は不要です。

Why Pink?
ピンクは、乳がん啓発のシンボルであるピンクリボンの色。
LUMIÈREにとってピンクは、単なる色ではありません。

気づくこと。
支え合うこと。
そして、自分自身を大切にすること。

そんな想いを込めて、ハイビスカスの自然なピンク色を一杯のレモネードにしました。
