Every decent person who's in 20's or 30's is eligible to have fun with my friends.
We'll hit parks, beaches, pubs in and around Tokyo. This is not about someone is trying to make money per se, but about having fun and to become real friends with decent people who you wouldn't have met in your daily lives otherwise.
