What we’re about

Learn the ancient practice of Qi Gong that has a history of 5,000 years. I spent several years in China learning Qi Gong and love sharing my knowledge with others. It will help you to be healthier and sleep better, and you will less affected by stress. The group meets twice a month in Harajuku on Saturday mornings. No previous experience is necessary. After each session, we have lunch together and enjoy getting to know each other.
