Welcome to the Tokyo Rabbit and Pets Meetup!
I just created this group realizing there isn't an animal community in Tokyo.

This group is about connecting those with a passion for animals in a fun and friendly environment. Bring your pet out to the park to enjoy a relaxing afternoon both you and your companion deserve! Talk to other pet owners, take cute pictures, and make new friends for you and your little one! Create memories for you and your adorable companion!
Currently, I've only met with other rabbit owners as I own a bunny my self. But I do want to expand the group to have meetups for dog owners, cat owners, etc. I wish to connect the community of animal enthusiasts also for people who are not so fluent in Japanese yet as existing events are primarily for Japanese.
If you don't have a pet but want to to own one, you can come play with the bunnies and ask questions to other owners to see if you are ready to have your own companion.
If we can ever get enough people in this community hopefully we can find ourselves doing more, perhaps volunteering at pet shelters to help others find the bond we all deserve.
Remember, you may be with your pet for few years of your life, but your pet is with you for their entire life.
