Retro game meeting! @ 8-bit Cafe, Shinjuku

Hi everyone!

This event is for people to have fun playing retro games! Hardware, software, display and so on are all provided, all you have to do is turn up and grab a controller!

Our venue, 8-Bit Cafe, is a retrogame-themed bar in Shinjuku, right next to Shinjuku-Sanchōme Station on the Toei Shinjuku Line, which has an awesome vibe and an amazing cocktail menu!

This is a FREE event, but you have to follow the rules of our venue, 8-Bit Cafe - you'll have to pay the entry charge, and you'll have to buy a drink at least every 70 mins. These apply to anyone entering for any reason, and aren't to do with our event.

We're hoping to play one or two different games together each meeting.

NB: Please be advised that the entrance to 8-bit Cafe (Shinjuku Q Building 5F) is directly in front of Exit C5 of Shinjuku-Sanchōme Station (Toei Shinjuku Line). If in any doubt, disregard any link Meetup gives you and simply search for "8-bit Cafe" in your Google or Apple Maps app. We have confirmed that this gives the correct location. The entrance is small and can be hard to find on foot - there's a vegan restaurant on the ground floor, and the stairs to 8-Bit Cafe are directly to the left of that.

このイベントはレトロゲームを楽しむためのものです！ハードウェア、ソフトウェア、ディスプレイなどはすべて用意していますので、ただ来てコントローラーをつかむだけで大丈夫です！
私たちの会場、8-Bit Cafeは新宿にあるレトロゲームをテーマにしたバーで、新宿三丁目駅のすぐ近く、東京都営新宿線の出口のすぐそばです。雰囲気も素晴らしく、カクテルメニューも最高です！
このイベントは無料ですが、8-Bit Cafeのルールに従っていただく必要があります。入場料の支払いと、70分ごとに飲み物を購入することが必要です。これはイベントに関係なく、来店されるすべての方に適用されます。
毎回1、2種類の異なるゲームを一緒にプレイする予定です。
※注意：8-Bit Cafe（新宿Qビル5F）への入り口は、新宿三丁目駅のC5出口の目の前にあります。もし迷ったら、Meetupのリンクは無視して「8-bit Cafe」をGoogleマップやAppleマップで検索してください。正しい場所が表示されることを確認済みです。入り口は小さく、徒歩では見つけにくい場合があります。1階にはビーガンレストランがあり、そのすぐ左側に8-Bit Cafeへの階段があります。
