🎓What do we offer in this event?
Our host is from Rishiri, Hokkaido. He brings the best quality of Rishiri Kelp, the most expensive kelp in Japan, and cooks some meals such as Tai no kobujime(Sea bream cured in kelp), pork shabushabu, and Yudouhu(湯豆腐).
Enjoy the best quality of dashi in Tokyo and sip some local sake from Rishiri.
