Rust Meetup #2 at Quelon・Rustミートアップ＠クーロン

Quelon (http://www.quelon.co.jp/en/) is generously allowing us to host our 2nd meetup at their offices. Thanks again, Éric!

Since we'll have a mixed level of knowledge among the participants (which is great!) we'll have some general talk about Rust and what it's good for, as an extension of meetup #1. We'll also cover the latest things going on in the Rust world. Note that the end time is quite flexible, we can usually stay longer if enough people are interested.

There may be a small assortment of snacks and drinks, provided by me. While the event is free, it would be much appreciated if you could stop by at a convenience store on your way and bring just one or two drinks for yourself & to share. Last time we had a bit of an overflow, though, so don't worry if you truly have no time for a pitstop.

追伸：言語は特に決まっていないです。日本語・英語・宇宙人語、なんでも大丈夫です。必要なのはRust言語に興味がある方々ですね！これだけでなんとか通じますね！
