What we’re about
Tokyo Sail and Power Squadron is the United States Power Squadron's Tokyo branch. Our club has been in existence and active in Tokyo for 60 years. We promote safe boating in Tokyo for English Speaking boaters. We provide courses for boater safety and proficiency with navigation tools such as GPS and charting and most importantly our course in English for the Japan Maritime Recreation Agency boating license that all boat operators are required to have when operating a boat in Japan.
