Hike Mt. Jinba (Medium-Hard for Beginners)

Hiking course of ~5.5 hours with breaks and lunch. Some parts could be steep so I’m calling it a medium-hard hike for beginners. Some experienced hikers may find this to be medium or even easy.

General schedule:
9:35 - Meet outside Takao station North exit.
9:45 - Bus to Jinba Kogenshita 陣馬高原下
10:22 - Jinba Kogenshita
11:50 - Mt. Jinba (854m) - lunch!
12:45 - Nangosan (789m) then Fujigoyayama (760m)
15:00 - Itadorisawanokashira (505m) then Osawanokashira (477m)
16:00 - Fujino station

I hope to get a good view of Fujisan at the top since the weather forecast looks sunny right now.

Notes:

• No smoking and no bear bell(s).
• Bring about 1.0-1.5L of water/soft drink and a lunch. Bring more water if you think you will need more.
• This is my first time on this trail so please be patient.
• Weather can change unexpectedly, so prepare accordingly.
• You might get sweaty, so I recommend a towel.
• Your shoes will get dirty.
• No meetup fee thanks to Liliya (group owner).
• If the weather forecast looks bad, I will cancel the hike. If a drizzle is forecasted, we will still have the hike.
