A club for anyone interested in snow sports such as skiing & snowboarding during the winter and outdoor adventures such as kayaking, camping, hiking, island hopping, climbing Mt Fuji, mountain biking, paragliding, diving, winery tours and much more! The club is a great way to get outdoors and meet lots of other fun, active folks in Japan.

Fuji-Ten Ski & Snowboard Day Trip (Beginner & Family Friendly)

The Fuji Snow Resort is located on the 1st station of Mt Fuji. As well as featuring stunning views of Mt Fuji, the resort has several courses for beginner, intermediate and advanced skiiers/snowboarders.
The resort is great for families, featuring a dedicated children's play zone with slides, sledding and a moving walkway so they dont have to catch lifts or walk up the hill. There is also a child minding nursery at the resort if parents feel like some skiing time on their own.
The resort has some nice gentle slopes which are great for first-timers & beginners, and this trip also features free lessons.
For the more advanced skiiers/boarders there is good snow park and a steep (32degree) slope at the top of the resort.
The facilities at the resort are great with many food options for lunch.

The Mt. Naeba Area is made up of five large resorts and with over 30 ski lifts and three gondolas you can easily spend a week here and still not explore the whole area. Mount Naeba offers a huge variety of different runs and courses, with excellent snow conditions throughout the winter season.
Kagura is large and varied resort featuring 23 different lifts and two ropeways. Famous for its early season powder snow, the expansive resort has courses to suit all levels of skiier/boarder including a super long 6000m run! The resort also has some of the most beautiful and panoramic views in the region due to the incredible mountain ranges nearby as well as the several lakes that are scattered throughout.

Shiga Kogen is by far Japan's biggest ski resort area with 18 interconnected ski resorts all accessible with the one lift pass. The high altitude brings consistently great snow conditions and with over 80kms of courses and 70 lifts the resort is great for all levels of skiier/boarder. Shiga Kogen is also famous for the onsen bathing snow monkeys! The Shiga Kogen snow monkeys are a definite must see and we will be visiting the monkey onsen on the final day of the trip. The snow monkeys have lived in the Shiga Kogen area for several generations and come down from the mountains each day to bath in the natural hot springs at the base. We will have the opportunity to get up close and personal with the hot spring bathing monkeys in their natural habitat.
The long weekend trip is always one of our most popular trips, always booking out well in advance. Previous seasons we have seen over a metre fall within 24 hours! Our hotel for the trip is right on the slopes, only 1min walk/ski from the ski lifts and features a 100% natural hot spring. This long weekend trip also features free lessons for beginner skiiers & snowboarders from qualified, english speaking instructors and two fun parties/music events on both nights, with DJs, giveaways and more. Powder, onsens, snow monkeys and partying at Japans biggest resort - cant wait!

Our hotel is right in front of the slopes and we will be hosting our party on Saturday night within the hotel. Definitely a fun place to relax and/or party after a big day on the slopes. Powder, onsens, snow monkeys and partying at Japan's biggest snow resort - cant wait!1 attendee
