Allow the sound and vibrations of the Himalayan singing bowls to guide you into deep relaxation. Surrounded by the resonance of sound and the gentle rhythm of water, you’ll be invited to slow down, quiet the mind, and reconnect with the natural flow within and around you.🌸 Flower Water Mandala Meditation (45 min)
