[Beginner Friendly] Push Hands (Tuishou) Experience & Exchange: A Physical Game of Balance

Event Overview
Come relax in nature and experience the art of "Push Hands" (Tuishou). Absolutely no martial arts or Tai Chi experience is required. This is a safe, physical game of balance and connection that anyone can enjoy.

What is Push Hands (Tuishou)?
It is a traditional Tai Chi partner exercise. With arms touching, you and your partner sense each other's center of gravity and movement. There is no striking or hitting. The goal is to feel "how to redirect your partner's force" and "how to maintain your own balance." It’s an interactive, game-like practice suitable for everyone.

Our Stance: Less Talking, More Feeling
This meetup is not a strict "classroom." We intentionally keep complex themes and long explanations to a bare minimum. We will simply share the basic rules and how to practice safely, and then you are free to pair up and experiment. Try using tension, try completely relaxing—move at your own pace and discover what you can learn naturally through the physical experience itself.

About the Organizer & Safety First
The organizer has won international Push Hands tournaments and has practiced with diverse partners from around the world. However, there will be no deep martial arts lectures here. Instead of explaining with words, I believe that simply crossing hands will naturally convey the joy of "moving without tension" and the fascinating sensation of balance control.

Safety is our absolute priority. Rules will be set according to each participant's level so everyone can practice without injury. We ensure a perfectly safe environment for beginners. For those with more experience or energy who want to try a slightly more earnest exchange, I will gladly step in and be your partner —so please feel free to cross hands with me.
