Summer is here!! Join us for another Tokyo UX Meetup - UX Sunset BBQ 🌊🍖
Let’s enjoy a relaxed BBQ by the water while getting to know other UX designers, researchers, product people, and anyone interested in the industry.

This is a casual meetup where we can connect, chat about design/research/product, and enjoy the summer evening together. Whether you’re already working in UX or just starting to explore the field, you’re welcome to join us!

The event itself is free, but please cover your own BBQ meal. We’ll decide on the venue once we know how many people will join, so please make sure to join the LINE group! The cost will be around 5,000 yen.

*Unfortunately, we were not able to find a BBQ place with vegan or vegetarian options. We’ll try to book a place that includes seafood as one of the course meal options, but this is not guaranteed. The same price will apply to everyone 🙏

⚠️ Cancelation fee: Same-day cancellations & the day before 100%
💰 Payment options: Bank transfer (PayPay / merpay / Wise : if bank transfer doesn’t work)
☔️ We’re planning to hold the event even if it rains a little, as the venue is covered and we can still enjoy the BBQ even if the weather isn’t perfect. However, if we think the weather conditions may be dangerous, we may cancel the event. If we decide to cancel, we’ll announce it at least 3 days before the event to avoid cancellation fees.

UXの仕事をしている方達と、夏のBBQを通じて交流しませんか？🌊🍖
UXデザイナー、UXリサーチャー、プロダクト関係の仕事をしている方、またはこの業界に興味がある方同士で、リラックスしながらつながれるカジュアルなイベントです。

すでにUX領域で働いている方はもちろん、これからUX・リサーチ・プロダクトに関わっていきたい方も大歓迎です！

イベント自体は無料ですが、BBQ代は各自でお支払いをお願いします。参加人数が分かり次第、会場を決定する予定なので、参加希望の方はLINEグループにご参加ください！費用は5,000円前後になる予定です。

残念ながら、ビーガン・ベジタリアン対応のBBQ会場を見つけることができませんでした。コース料理の中にシーフードが含まれる会場を予約できるようにしますが、確約はできません。料金は全員一律となります🙏

💰 支払い方法：銀行振込（銀行振込が難しい場合は PayPay / merpay / Wise）
☔️ 少し雨が降る程度であれば、会場には屋根があるため、予定通り開催する予定です。天候が完璧でなくてもBBQを楽しめると思います。ただし、危険な天候だと判断した場合は、イベントを中止する可能性があります。中止する場合は、キャンセル料を避けるため、イベントの3日前までにお知らせします。
