WordPress に貢献（コントリビュート）するために実際に手を動かそうという会です。 WordPress コミュニティを中心から支えてくれる人たちを育てる目的があります。 集まった人たちができること、やりたいことを、ディスカッションや作業していきます。

初めてコントリビューターイベントに参加されるという方も大歓迎です。のんびりワイワイ手を動かせたら良いなと思っています。

やりたいことが浮かばない方もその場で相談にのったり、サポートしたりしますので、一緒にできることを進めていきましょう。下記にやることの例を少し載せています。

This is a meeting intended for hands-on contributions to WordPress, with the goal of nurturing individuals who support the core of the WordPress community. Participants will engage in discussions and work on what they can and want to do.
First-time participants in contributor events are very welcome. We hope to have a laid-back and enjoyable time working together.
For those who are unsure of what to do, we offer on-the-spot consultation and support, so let's move forward together. Below are some examples of activities.

Creating an .org account, logging into Slack

🧑‍💻 Core / Gutenberg
Setting up the environment for contributing to Core & Gutenberg through code – covering everything up to submitting PRs

🌐 Document Translation
Translation of various handbooks (Block Editor Handbook, Core Handbook, Plugin Handbook, Theme Handbook), etc.
